Responsibilities include overseeing the Senate, assisting with senator recruitment, adapting parliamentary procedures for efficient meetings, delivering organizational reports, facilitating issue discussions among senators, acting as risk management officer, fulfilling presidential duties when needed, and overseeing constitutional compliance. This position ensures effective governance and executive continuity.
