Become a Senator

2024-2025 Senator Registration

In order to provide accommodation to departments far from the Main Campus, the GPSG Governance Board has decided to go for a hybrid system for the Senate. In this hybrid system, the Senate would be held in-person and over zoom simultaneously. However, the Zoom (online) option is restricted only to departments/programs in satellite campuses, and senators from the other departments/programs will have to attend the meeting in-person. The satellite campuses are marked with a mention "Satellite Campus" beside the college name under the "College you represent" question.

Responsibilities * Required
I understand that my duties as a senator include communicating between my department and the GPSG, performing duties on my assigned GPSG committee, and attending all Senate meetings. I will not schedule class or research activities to take place on the 1st or 3rd Tuesday evening (5:30 PM to 7:00 PM) while I serve as a Senator.
