The Ombuds Officer serves as an informal, neutral and confidential resource for graduate students to discuss questions and concerns related to their graduate experience. Having a safe, off-the-record conversation with an Ombuds Officer can be a first step when conflicts or misunderstandings arise. The Ombuds Officer is here to help graduate students identify options for addressing concerns and will promote a fair and impartial process for all parties involved.

- Help you find information applicable to your situation and identify possible solutions to your problem.
- Explain University policies and procedures and how they apply to your specific case.
- Help you identify options for resolving conflicts with colleagues, staff, faculty, and advisors.

- Refer you to formal grievance or appeal procedures if you wish to engage in a formal process.

The Student Health Services offer personalized healthcare to all Aggies. They are here to make sure that students academic development is not hindered due to lack of medical attention. Services are available on appointment (online or over phone) or walk-in.
Services Offered:
- Medical clinic: Diagnosis and treatment of cold, flu, allergies, respiratory disorders, sprains, depression, anxiety, women’s health issues etc.

- EMS: Emergency on-campus medical provider to all students, faculty, staff and visitors.
- Pharmacy: Provides prescription and non-prescription medications at economical pricing.

- Women’s clinic: Tests like routine PAP smear, sexually transmitted infection screening are conducted here. Also manages health issues like abnormal menstruation, pre and post menopausal syndromes, ovarian cysts, infections, infertility, contraceptive issues.

International Student Services (ISS) administers a wide variety of services to the international community of Texas A&M. Brief Overview:
The Student Conduct Office enforces the Texas A&M Student Rules. When a rule is believed to have been violated a Campus Community Incident Report form is completed and reviewed by the staff of the Student Conduct Office. A decision is then made where the following actions may be taken: No Action, Further investigation, Mediation, and Charges Issued. They also provide workshops to help students identify basic values of morals, values, and ethics.
